If the piece you have purchased is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day and all UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery. If the piece you have purchased is a pre-order, we aim to dispatch it within 2 weeks of the date you place the order. UK delivery is free on orders over £150 and is otherwise charged at £6.25.

All orders are sent in a carboard pillow box, but you can choose to upgrade this to a gift box at checkout.

Materials:

All of the jewellery at Chasing the Moon is made from 100% recycled precious metal.

All of the silver used is solid sterling (925) silver.

All of our pieces weighing at least 7.78 g are hallmarked in the UK, as per the guidance laid out by The British Hallmarking Council and the UK government. This protects buyers against fraud and confirms the authenticity of the piece. Please note, many of the silver rings are not hallmarked due to them weighing below the threshold.

Care Instructions:

The best way to keep your silver jewellery free of tarnish it to wear it and the pieces at Chasing the Moon are crafted to last across generations so are able to withstand daily wear. To clean your jewellery at home, we suggest washing it is warm soapy water, rinsing and wiping dry with a lint free cloth. If not wearing, it is best stored in an airtight container. To remove tarnish use a specialised polishing cloth.

To find the bangle size that's right for:

Take a flexible tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your hand. Move the tips of your fingers and thumb together, as if you are putting a bangle on. Make sure you wrap the tape around your thumb and little finger knuckles and pull the tape tight as you want your bangle to fit snugly over your hand to keep it safe from falling off and to keep it proportionally fitting around your wrist. This measurement indicates the circumference of the bangle you need. We use the internal diameter measurement as the size, so to work out the diameter from the circumference, divide your measurement by 3.14 (pi).
